Classes and workshops from the inside-out
The Emotions of the Body is a guided meditation in movement generating a heightened self-awareness, emotional release and healing. Movers are invited to get in touch within and outside their inner world, expressing themselves through their personal creative bodily language. As they are moving on the beat, they are shaping a language of no word, forms, textures, colors, sensations and energies and access a new sense of wholeness.
This process of self-exploration is modeled on the 5 𝘙𝘩𝘺𝘵𝘩𝘮𝘴 invented by Gabrielle Roth’s the “Urban Shaman”.
